* Items showing signs of excessive power, distortion or abuse (burnt, bent, or separated voice coils); torn cones, spiders and surrounds; or any other signs of misuse are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, burnt voice coils, lightning induced damages, incidental or consequential damages, or damages as a result of over-powering, under- powering, distortion, amp failure or wrong enclosures.
WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
To obtain warranty service, a customer must deliver the product, prepaid, to The Speaker Doctor.
The Speaker Doctor reserves the right to determine cause of failure and replace or repair at our option.
No cash refunds. Returns for store credit or exchange only.
No refunds or exchanges on Special Orders from Manufacturers. (Only Warranty as extended by the Manufacturer)
Returns must be in new, saleable condition, with all original packaging.
POLICIES
All prices shown for repair services or replacement parts are subject to change without notice.
Any speaker sent to us to determine if it can be repaired, may have to be cut apart to see if parts are available. If parts are not available or if the customer does not want the speaker repaired, we are not obligated to re-assemble the speaker with the bad parts.
Repairing Old Items - As we work on old equipment, we work as carefully as possible, but occasionally something old and brittle will break. We hope this doesn't happen, but if it does we cannot be responsible.
We may place a repairman's lien against any equipment we have serviced in good faith that is not subsequently paid for, including repairs completed under any manufacturer's or third party extended warranty.
