1. Remove your speakers from the enclosures. Make a note of the color wires so you can re-connect the wires later just as they were.

2. If you are sending one speaker, place a piece of cardboard over the front of the speaker to protect the cone from damage, then wrap the speaker in Bubble Wrap ( 2 or 3 layers). If you are sending two speakers, bolt the speakers face to face through the screw holes, then wrap the speakers in Bubble Wrap (2 or 3 layers).

3. Place the speaker(s) in a sturdy cardboard box, one that is 6 - 8 inches larger than the speakers. Place the speaker(s) in the center of the box and pack additional Bubble Wrap or newspapers around ALL sides. DO NOT USE FOAM PEANUTS - they will compress and settle during shipping, causing possible damage. Double boxing is recommended.

4. Please complete our Shipping Information Form and send it with your speaker(s).

5. Insure your speaker(s) for replacement value.
